The Challenge
Financial literacy is rarely taught well to young people, and the stock market in particular can feel abstract and intimidating. The app needed to make investing concepts approachable and genuinely fun for a K-12 audience, without watering down the underlying ideas.
The Solution
PopStock turns lessons into animated, interactive experiences and event-driven games themed around trending artists, so students learn market mechanics by playing. AI trading bots model market behavior, a REST API on GCP powers the data, and Flutter Bloc keeps the interactive flows predictable and testable.
